工作职责：
Responsibilities
? Develop and consolidate strong working relationship with banks
so as to facilitate project financing
? Collaborate with banking team to undertake preparatory work
for project financing as well as negotiate and secure
financing for projects
? Develop and prepare financial models for projects
? Undertake due diligence work, which include cash flow
projections and computation of projects，IRR, equity
requirements & returns, etc.
? Establish strong working relationship with local
government authorities to negotiate and secure contracts such
as GSA, PPA, etc.

任职资格：
? Degree in any discipline with good Honours
? Master Degree in Business Management / Finance
? At least 10 years of relevant project financing or
banking experience in a fast-paced environment
? Possess extensive banking and project financing track
record.
? Possess strong financial modelling experience
? Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
