工作职责：
1, Based in Shen Zhen
2, Review current policies and develop new policies and procedures.
3, Develop and foster relationships with new and existing AIR
and MAJOR TRANSPORTATION clients as well as the major of
owners/developers of property in major cities
4, Pitch and win agency appointments (local and Pan-China) with corporate occupiers of space
5, Formulate managerial strategy pertinent to the successful
positioning and profitability of this functionality and coordinate
with regional offices to execute
6, Develop a team to exclusively clients
7, Negotiate, structure and execute lease documentation and
manage renewals and general leasing administration

任职资格：
1, Should have over 10+ years working in a leasing environment
2, Extensive Grade A office leasing experience
3, This role would suit a more influential, strong headed and
energetic character
